HOW TO VOTE
HEA MEMBERS CAN
VOTE ONLINE IN
THIS ELECTION
Voting begins Friday April 3.

Here are the three ways you can vote:

1. By mail upon request​
Online voting is now default for MEA members. Online voting saves the co-op substantial costs versus mailing everyone a ballot. The online voting is independently audited and securely linked to your account.
To vote by mail, you need to request a mail ballot from MEA before March 13.

2. Email registered with the co-op? You'll receive a unique code.​
If you have an email address registered with the co-op (do you get emails from the co-op now?), MEA will send you a special code and link on April 3. If you don't see one, check your spam folder and have a spouse or roommate check theirs.

3. Don't have an email registered with the co-op? Don't panic!
If MEA does not have an email on file for you, they will mail you a code and instructions to vote online.
